Culinary Career & Technical Education

Culinary Career & Technical Education includes kitchen basics, safety and sanitation, purchasing, inventory control, customer service, food, and control costs.

It is for teens ages 14 – 16, and they could work in one of the state-of-the-art kitchens or food trucks as they build skills in the culinary arts, restaurant management, and entrepreneurship.

The program emphasizes teamwork, interpersonal, and academic and technical skills.

Summer BreakSpot Program

We participate in the Summer BreakSpot program.

All meals for the FREE Summer Program are prepared by the Boys & Girls Clubs of Martin County.

Bfit Snax USA

A DBA of the Youth Education Literacy and Nutrition Foundation is Bfit Snax USA.

The Foundation contracts out the baking of our product line to the Boys & Girls Clubs of Martin County.

One of our goals is to offer consulting services to B&G Clubs with the necessary components to start their own Culinary Career and Technical Education department.
